Egg Pasta- Tagliatelle with Truffles
Serve hot with oil or butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

(1) 8.75 oz. bag of pasta “Egg Pasta” (1/4) Cup grated Parmesan cheese (1) Tbsp. butter (1) Tbsp. salt Bring 5 quarts (approx. 2 litres) of water to a boil, adding the salt. Add the pasta and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until “al dente” or still firm. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Combine the pasta and melted butter or olive oil or any sauce and toss over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Serving 4 people.
